Abstract
Competence development of life requires educational services system through the system of guidance and counseling services. Guidance and counseling services related to personal social aspect also has not been developed. Vocational students are included in the category of social adjustment problems adolescents are generally more felt. Interpersonal communication skills affect individual social adjustment. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to be taught to students as interpersonal communication skills is a critical aspect that needs to be developed so that students can achieve self-adjustment. Vocational students need to be equipped interpersonal communication skills before implementing field Industrial practice, because the hospitality industry more selling services that promotes good manners in terms of being well while communicating. Interpersonal communication is the process of delivering and receiving messages with respect to the thoughts, feelings and attitudes between the sender and recipient of a message from someone to someone or several people verbally and non-verbally with feedback. Meanwhile, Counseling Transactional Analysis is an approach used to counsel clients in a small group homogeni between 8-10 members (clients as a member of the group) who encounter problems in interpersonal communication, where counselors as the leader of the group led by members actively speak up, in response to a discussion group and other matters related to the activities of group counseling techniques Definition Transactional Analysis.
